“Innovation Leadership Group has helped us lay fertile ground for our company’s innovation journey – both in practice and building a strong culture. I am already hearing a new lexicon being used as our business units and teams plan for future change.”
“IATA’s country and regional managers work on constantly evolving programs, using a mix of best practices, intuition, and other tools to help them plan and collaborate. The methodology from the Innovation Leadership Group team was well defined, covering all major dimensions of foresight and vision strategy, and well supported with examples. Our teams were able to broaden their projects’ horizons and also identify possible opportunity areas more systematically.”
“Since we first met, I have had unwavering confidence in Tamara Carleton and her team’s ability to train our company’s top performers to be more innovative, strategic leaders. In fact, I have already asked Tamara to bring her vision and tools to my next big educational initiative.”
“Dr. Tamara Carleton gave us the confidence and tools we needed to frame and tackle an interagency Grand Challenge problem that engaged a diverse mix of military, civilian, and other technical experts from across the United States government. She not only helped us develop potential solutions to a specific operationally relevant problem, she also helped us understand what the underlying problem was and how to build long-term, organizational relationships enabling future problem solving.”
