Also, our weekly taps are quick, easy and empowering for your employees. We recommend asking one question each week, letting employees know their voice matters. When distributed across all employees, the combined surveys provides a holistic view of your company’s innovation efforts. And if a weekly pace is too rapid, you can change to monthly taps with quarterly reports.
Getting started is easy
1. Prep
Following our easy worksheet, you compile all employee data and choose the attributes you want for analysis. We work together so you can preview all the communication your employees will see. Don’t worry – there is no extra app or plug-in to install.
2. Launch
We handle the survey taps to your employees, ensuring data confidentiality. We then send regular highlights to you and any stakeholders you pick. Log into your dedicated AIM portal any time to check progress.
